Demi Lovato is very open about her alcoholic and drug past, and she's also very open about her sobriety and the steps that she has taken to achieve the level she's at right now.

Demi Lovato & YouTube released a documentary that dives deeper into Demi's life, letting fans in on the real issues she faced.

Where's the drama start?

It all happened after Demi went out to celebrate Hayley Kiyoko's new album alongside former Disney Channel stars Cole Sprouse, Matthew Scott Montgomery, Debby Ryan and Alyson Stoner. Pictures flooded Instagram from that night and someone noticed Demi holding a glass and questioned what was in it since it looked a bit like beer.

The comment read, "Bishh I'm not hating on you or tryna put you on blast but frs frs can you at least explain this lmaooo," the user wrote. "Also at all of you who will prolly get defensive and pissed, I'm not tryna question Demi's sobriety bc I have a lot of respect for her. It's just it seems weird."
