Sleeping can be a hard task sometimes, especially if you’re Roy. NASA has recommended some houseplants to keep in your home that can lead to better sleep.
The colour green can help focus the mind and can even help calm hyperactive kids. NASA has now confirmed the benefits of having indoor plants. It’s important to get a good night’s sleep and for the countless number of folks (including Roy) who can’t seem to get the rest they need, stress and anxiety are typically the problems. One easy way to help reduce stress in your home is with leafy green plants!
These Jasmine branches smell so amazing!! I hope you all are having a great weekend. We got our guest bathroom completely gutted this week. We installed the new tub and my husband got the first coat of drywall mud on. We are making progress. Can't wait to get it finished and share with you all. Totally different subject but I have been on the lookout for a budget friendly area rug. I have found some that I love but ????????????. Do y'all have any suggestions? I'd love to hear/see them! #jasmine #farmhousetable #farmhousesimplicity #farmhousestyle #farmhousedecor #saturdaysimplicity #sundaysimplicity #sundaysimpleliving #farmhouse #whitedecor #whitefarmhouse #whitecottagecountrybarn #cottonstemheartsgreenery #mygalvanizedhome #fireplace #mantel #bhghome #bhgmagazine #southernliving #countrylivingmag #countryhome

#Spring is officially here! ☀️???????? It has been two years since the conception of this green #shelfie and I’ve had a ton of fun building my plant-gang, watching them thrive and learning about each plant in the process. I’m feeling tremendously grateful to every individual out there, who have in one way or another, taken part in my growing love of the green stuff—whether by sharing your collection, through questions, exchange of knowledge, accompanying me to the nurseries, inviting me to the nurseries, or simply appreciating plants and nature regardless of your level of expertise. Thank you! ????????????
Do you have any of these in your home?
