It's finally been proven! Pasta is not the enemy!

It's our lucky day thanks to Women's Health magazine!

It's been engraved in our heads that if we are dieting, we need to avoid pasta. That's all about to change thanks to a recent study published in the journal BMJ Open. The study shows that people actually lost weight while eating pasta. Take that, keto diet!

Participants of the study ate around 3.3 small servings of a half cup of pasta a week and over 12 weeks, they lost just over a pound, on average. It may not be much but they didn't gain weight!
