'Dr. Evil' Gets Fired On "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon"

Dr. Evil, Famously known from the movie "Austin Powers" has returned. He made a cameo on Jimmy Fallon and seems to be upset that he was fired by Trump's cabinet.
