The time shift may be tough for us in different ways, but it’s a good time to really try to break some of our bad habits that we probably told everybody we’d ditch come 2018, are we right?
Here are some habits you can break today:
- Get your sleep schedule back in order by going to bed an hour earlier than you normally do
- Commit to making a steady dietary change like having fruit instead of chocolate for a snack
- Add 15-30 minutes of exercise to your diet every day before you go to bed or right when you wake up
