How To Deal When You've Been Ghosted

No one likes to be ghosted but there is a way to make it feel a little bit better.

Being ghosted is probably one of the cruelest ways to end a relationship. But sadly ending the relationship that way is becoming more and more popular. A recent study of 1,300 found 25% say they've been ghosted and 20% admit to doing the ghosting. Here's how to handle the pain, hurt and confusion of being experts.

  • Give yourself dedicated wallowing time
  • Don't go hunting for answers
  • Don't go looking for an apology
  • Force yourself to find the positive
