Just a few weeks ago, the reality star announced she was expecting a baby in the summer.
Soon after, both she and her husband Tyler revealed they were expecting to family members.
However, the preview showed the couple crying, while Tyler uttered some telling words: "I really wanted that baby."
Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until next week's episode before we can confirm whether or not Catelynn did indeed suffer a miscarriage, but judging by the preview, it sure sounds as though the couple is mourning the loss of their unborn child.
