As you know from our War Of The Roses segment, cheating in the Queen City happens...but should you be fired for it?

On today's War Of The Roses, Stephanie found out that there is another woman in her boyfriend Evan's life. Her boyfriend, Evan, is a teacher and Stephanie had an odd gut feeling about Evan hanging out with a fellow teacher after hours. When we called him for War Of The Roses, he sent Stephanie the flowers...but they were breakup flowers!? After some digging, Evan came clean about wanting to break up with her and try things with this fellow teacher. Stephanie threatened to go to HR and get their relationship in trouble - but this raised a huge question, should you be fired for cheating?
