If you live in the Lake Wylie area then you might have seen the new road sign that has popped up.
"Kangaroo Crossing"
WBTV got note of this and decided to call the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). There are two things they found wrong with this new sign. One, kangaroos aren't native to North Carolina, or the United States for that matter. Two, DOT officials say the sign isn't legitimate.
These signs can be found online for around $20.
Looks like the joke is on us! We wouldn't exactly be mad if we saw a little guy jumping around though...
