A Tampa man was arrested with a charge of driving under the influence, after he mistook a Bank of america drive-though for a Taco Bell.
The branch manager said they saw the man passed out in his sedan while sitting in their drive-up bank lane. This happened at about 5 pm. The manager banged on the window until the man woke up, then the man tried to order a burrito.
After the manager had informed the man that this was not a Taco Bell, the man drove to the front parking lot and that’s where the police found him. The Deputy said that he made severakl statements that were differing from reality. He also then denied asking the manager for a burrito.
He was arrested and charged of DUI with bail of $500.
