This poor kid thought it would be a good idea to order a bong to his house. When the package arrived, his mom was excited for him receiving a package so she insisted on watching him open it. The kid was trying to play it off saying he had no idea what it was and calling it a vase of some sort.. but the mom was not taking his body language and figured it out for herself when she helped him open it.
