Amazon has announced the narrowed list of cities hoping to have the headquarters come to them. Nineteen of the being in the U.S. and one Toronto, Canada.
Nearly 240 cities submitted proposals as the company is promising to spend five-billion-dollars and employ 50-thousand people in the city it chooses to build in. We are expecting Amazon to release the winning city later this year. These are the cities left in the running:

- Austin, TX
- Boston, MA
- Chicago, IL
- Columbus, OH
- Dallas, TX
- Denver, CO
- Indianapolis, IN
- Los Angeles, CA
- Miami, FL
- Montgomery County, MD
- Nashville, TN
- Newark, NJ
- New York City, New York
- Northern Virginia, VA
- Philadelphia, PA
- Pittsburgh, PA
- Raleigh, NC
- Toronto, ON
- Washington, DC
Sad as it is, Charlotte didn't make it into the top 20 but at least Raleigh made it on.
