AUDIO: Woman Returns ‘Dead’ Christmas Tree For A Full Refund

The retail horror stories never seem to fail us.. but a woman trying to return a dead tree.. after Christmas!? Yes, that's crazy but what's even crazier is this popular retail spot gave her a full refund!

It's January.. most people are getting rid of their Christmas decorations, but not this LA woman. All of MRL  got their Christmas trees after Thanksgiving, which means LauRen & Producer Nicole's real trees were long gone by now if they were still around!

This LA woman brought her dead tree into Costco and demanded a full refund because the tree was dead.

This made us wonder.. how many listener friends do we have that work in retail that can share return horror stories! Or maybe they were the ones trying to return something.
