Each year there’s a new “must have” toy for the holiday season. From Beanie Babies, to Cabbage Patch kids, to Hatchimals and now Fingerlings. With each hot commodity there becomes risk though.. everybody is trying to make some extra money so now more than ever, scammers have found ways to almost perfectly replicate these must have toys. Maney’s wife, Amanda, knows first hand.

Maney’s wife was trying to purchase this holiday season’s must have toy.. the Fingerlings for their 4 year old son Dean. It turned out that after attempting to find the real ones.. she ended up purchasing 3 knock-offs.

This had Maney wondering.. how can you even tell if it’s a knock off anymore? One of Amanda’s purchases happened at the mall.. and it was still fake!
