The footage appears to show them outside on the balcony of their hotel room. It's clear in the video that Disick could barely stand up on his own.
While Richie was outside on the balcony, Disick walked over to her and hugged and kissed the 19-year-old. Richie's body language was the most noticeable aspect of this footage, as she was clearly trying to get away from Disick -- Who at 34, is much older than she is.
It's no secret that Disick has struggled with alcoholism in the past, and by the looks of how drunk he was in the middle of the afternoon, he needs help.
It's worth noting that Richie isn't even old enough to drink. It's truly sad that at 19, she is choosing to put up with this type of behavior.
