According to News Channel 12, Mariah Woods’ body was recovered in Pender County.
Earlier today, authorities announced they would expand their recovery efforts to include Pender County.
The news comes after the boyfriend of Mariah’s mother was arrested in connection with her disappearance.
Earl Kimrey is being held on over a million dollars bond. He faces a slew of charges ranging from concealing a death to possession of stolen property.
