Earlier today, Dillard uploaded a photo on Instagram with her precious two boys during laundry time.
But it wasn’t her sons who captured the attention of fans, rather it was Dillard’s nose.
More specifically, fans were quick to point out Dillard has a nose piercing.
While some fans expressed pure shock, others encouraged her to continue to be her own person.
