With holiday shopping, comes returns and we have the list of the top returned by brand!

How many items of clothing do you have hanging in your closet that you’ve never worn? If you’re like most of us, more than you’d care to admit. We feel like we never have anything to wear, but we have clothes in our wardrobes that still have the tags on them! According to one U.K. study, the average person owns 11 items of clothing they’ve never worn.

There are some brands that thredUp gets a lot more of than others. The “teen-and millennial-focuses” MissGuided brand tops the list of clothing brands that they get with tags still on, 46% of the MissGuided items they thredUp gets come to them brand new with tags. Other brands high on this list are linked to a celebrity: 30% of the Eva Mendes by NY&C clothes they get still have tags, 29% of the Lilly Pulitzer for Target does, 26% of the Kardashian Kollection, and 25% of Fabletics by Kate Hudson comes back with tags still on.

So if you were thinking of buying clothes for someone on your holiday shopping list this year, keep all this in mind before you buy. Maybe a gift card is a better option for everyone.
