Charlotte got spooky with red balloons throughout the city in the storm drains...  Pennywise was it you??

Surprise! Surprise! It was us! We woke up super early and tied red Maney, Roy & LauRen balloons throughout the storm drains in honor of the new Halloween Stephen King remake of the movie "IT"!

And slowly but surly the phone calls came ringing in! More and more people throughout the city from Lake Wylie all the way to Rock Hill were calling in as they spotted the red balloons.
