NC Med Assist is a FREE Pharmacy program providing free prescription medication to North Carolina residents who are low-income, uninsured and fall at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. This statewide program is the answer for those who do not have the means to obtain lifesaving prescription medication.

What are the eligibility requirements?
•North Carolina Resident
•Adults and children living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
•Adults and children who do not qualify for Medicaid, Veterans Administration or private health insurance.
