Mistakes happen, right? Well.. a huge mistake happened to this Indiana Cop last week.

There was a call for a possible robbery in Crawfordsville, Indiana. That’s when police fired a gunshot at a man who they thought was a thief.

When actor Jim Duff was seen exiting the building wearing a ski mask and holding a gun, police reported that they thought he was the man they were looking for.

At the time the police arrived, Duff was not facing the officers so when they ordered him to drop his weapon he went to turn around to face them and that’s when one of the officers fired his gun.

The officer’s shot missed and no one was hurt.

Later on, it was revealed that the brewery that they were filming at and the production company filming allegedly failed to notify the police or any of the surrounding businesses that a movie was going to be filmed at that location.

We are glad that nobody got hurt!
