As you may know, the plane headed to Charlotte flown by ‘Sully’ had an incident like this. With the New York incident the birds hit the engines and in this case they hit the nose of the plane causing a lot of damage and forcing the plane to land. Hats off to the Pilot who landed everyone safely.
