The Carolina's welcomed many tourists as they came to see the eclipse. Heading back home was not as fun for people as traffic was crazy. There also were crazy people out on the roads, like this thief out of Florida who stole a car and pulled over to watch the eclipse.
Little did he know, he was apparently being followed by the Police.
