Before deleting the 200+  pics you just took in your camera roll while trying to get that one perfect selfie for the gram, hold that finger! There may be a place for those that didn't make the cut now too!

Instagram user Sonya Renee Taylor created the hashtag #BadPictureMonday specifically for all those 'bad' pictures in your camera roll. And why is this a thing you ask? Well, with all the Instagram models on your explore page, it doesn't take long for your self confidence to plummet looking at all the girls with abs traveling to the most exotic places in the world while you're chilling at home on the couch in your PJ's at 2p.m.

This hashtag gives people the opportunity to feel less self-conscious and puts off a little more self love in a way that we can all relate to. Let's face it, even our 'bad' pics aren't really that bad. Who cares if your skin isn't airbrush smooth and you're not shaped like a Kardashian in those jeans? Work those flaws girl! Flaunt what the good Lord gave ya! And don't forget to hashtag it #BadPictureMonday!
