This Artist Just Made a Cheese Version of Beyonce

Love Beyonce…and cheese?

Well, you’re in luck because two of your favorite things have just become one.

This year, England will be hosting a “Cheese and Wine Festival” on April 1st to the 2nd. In the East Village, the town will “be transformed to a haven for cheese lovers with a festival showcasing the very best in artisan cheese and wine from over 25 independent retailers” writes the event’s website.

Visitors to the festival will be able to taste cheeses from all over the world as well as taste wine and cider. Not to mention, there will also be a 45-pound brie version of Beyonce. According to reports, the cheese mold will be based off of her recent pregnancy photos where the Queen B is infant of a floral arrangement.

So much love for #brieonce this is on show at the East Village Cheese and wine festival this weekend! Bravo @HopeandGloryPR #doubleamazing

Entitled “Brie-once” David Bradley, the sculpture, teamed up the The Robin Collective in order to create this legendary project. Creative director for the event, Bradley Klingelpuss told CNN that there has been “a lot of cheese puns floating around, and Brie-once was the one that everyone liked the most. We talked about putting Babybel in the stomach, but it never actually happened.”

The sculpture took approximately 28 hours to create and is made out of five blocks of cheddar. David Bradley’s creative sculpture is all part of a cheese sculpting contest. The Cheese Carving Championship will put sculptors head-to-head to see who can come up with the best design well…made out of cheese.

Towards the end of the festival, visitors will be invited to eat chocolate. Chocolatiers, Zara and chocolate sculptor will be in attendance. Wonder what celebrity he will be making out of his chocolate?!

Cheese, wine, chocolate and a cheese version of Beyonce. What more could a person want in this world?
