McDonald's Is Doing Something About Those Pesky Shake Machines!

After complaints VIA Twitter and other outlets, McDonald's has heard your complaints and will be replacing the shake machines.

According to The Wall Street Journal, McDonald's shares that the machines will be easier to maintain and have fewer parts, so they will be down less. So when you get that insane craving for a shake, MCD will not be letting you down.

Coming from someone who tracked for about a year every time I experienced a down shake machine via Twitter, 2016 was a very dark time, and I don't even drink shakes that often!

On top of that, McDonald's has created a re-engineered straw for Shamrock Shake Season - and that straw is given away to a lucky few people so they can achieve shakey-goodness from the Chocolate Shamrock Shake, mixing the two flavors together. For more information on that, watch the very hilarious video below.

Creating the STRAW

McDonald's has been raising the bar. All Day Breakfast, updated McNuggets recipe, new Big Mac sandwiches, the Chocolate Shamrock Shake and now ... the STRAW - (Suction Tube for Reverse Axial Withdrawal). Go behind-the-scenes with us to learn more about how the STRAW was created. We can't wait to show you what's next!

Fingers crossed the new machines fixes the issue, and brings us back to our cold beverage goodness!
